CVSS v3.1 |
| A vulnerability was determined in ztxz16 fastllm up to 0.1.8.2. This impacts the function GGUFBuffer::ReadString of the file third_party/gguf/gguf.cpp of the component String Parsing. This manipulation of the argument len causes buffer overflow. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| A vulnerability was detected in radareorg radare2 6.2.0/6.2.2. This issue affects the function r_core_cmd_str_pipe in the library libr/core/rtr_http.inc.c of the component HTTP Sandbox Policy Handler. Performing a manipulation results in protection mechanism failure. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The attack is considered to have high complexity. The exploitability is assessed as difficult. Upgrading to version 6.2.4 is capable of addressing this issue. The patch is named 18fd12efa98a7d1977de7bdd379d8a848777b90f. Upgrading the affected component is recommended. The pre-requisite of the vulnerability is reflected by the CVSS vector. One of the project maintainers explains: "There is a real sandbox configuration issue here, but the report overstates it. The HTTP server defaults to http.sandbox=true, so commands received through /cmd temporarily enable cfg.sandbox. However, cfg.sandbox.grain defaults to all, which means all sandbox capabilities - including exec - remain allowed. Therefore enabling the HTTP sandbox alone does NOT prevent commands from spawning processes. This only matters when the HTTP command endpoint is reachable by someone you do not trust. It is not a remote vulnerability by default: the HTTP server must first be started and exposed to the attacker." |
| LodePNG through 20261006 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in lodepng::getFilterTypesInterlaced() in lodepng_util.cpp that lacks bounds checks on decompressed IDAT data. Attackers can supply a crafted interlaced PNG declaring a raster larger than its IDAT stream to disclose adjacent heap memory or crash applications. |
| A flaw was found in libsolv, a dependency-resolution library used by RPM-based package managers such as dnf and zypper to work with .solv repository cache files. When libsolv rewrites a .solv cache file, it reads directory-id values from the file's compressed filelist data without validating that they fall within the expected range. A corrupted or specially crafted .solv cache file (for example, one left in a torn state after an unclean system shutdown) can cause an out-of-bounds memory write when a tool such as dnf, yum, or zypper next processes it. Successful exploitation is expected to result in a crash of the affected tool (denial of service); it is not expected to allow arbitrary code execution because the out-of-bounds write always stores a fixed, non-attacker-controlled value. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: Fix percpu map update indexing with sparse CPU IDs
Per-CPU array, hash, and cgroup storage map updates without BPF_F_CPU
or BPF_F_ALL_CPUS use a value buffer whose per-CPU slots are packed in
possible-CPU order. The buffer is sized as:
round_up(value_size, 8) * num_possible_cpus()
The update paths iterate over possible CPUs, but use the logical CPU ID
to calculate the source offset:
value + size * cpu
This only works when possible CPU IDs are contiguous starting at zero.
For example, with a possible CPU mask of 0,2-3, the buffer contains
three slots corresponding to CPUs 0, 2, and 3. CPU2 is therefore
expected to use slot 1 and CPU3 slot 2. Instead, the current code uses
slots 2 and 3 respectively, causing incorrect per-CPU values and an
out-of-bounds read from the update buffer for CPU3.
The corresponding lookup paths already use a dense offset while
iterating over possible CPUs. Do the same for the array, hash, and
cgroup storage update paths, advancing the source offset once for each
possible CPU. BPF_F_ALL_CPUS continues to use the same value for every
CPU. |
| Adobe Framemaker is affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to disclose sensitive information. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. |

| A security vulnerability in HPE NonStop SNMP Trap Multiplexer may cause memory corruption |
| A security vulnerability in HPE NonStop TNS/X Native Inspect may cause corruption of address and potentially redirect execution flow. |
| A remote attacker may send a specially crafted network packet that causes the
affected application to perform an out-of-bounds memory read due to insufficient validation of
packet length. This may result in an application crash and a denial-of-service condition. |
| HPE NonStop EMS Distributor is vulnerable to buffer overflow condition that may result in undesirable behavior. |
| A heap buffer overflow in HPE NonStop Inspect Subsystem could corrupt resume-execution address and may potentially redirect execution flow. |
| A heap buffer overflow in HPE NonStop Debug Utilities could corrupt resume-execution address and may potentially redirect execution flow. |
| CFITSIO through 4.7.0 contains a heap-based out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the HCOMPRESS tile decoder that allows attackers to read past the compressed tile buffer via input_nnybble in fits_hdecompress.c. Attackers can supply a crafted FITS file with ZCMPTYPE HCOMPRESS_1 declaring oversized tile geometry to crash applications calling fits_read_pix or disclose limited heap memory. |
| A flaw was found in libtirpc. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted PMAPPROC_DUMP replies to a client application that uses the pmap_getmaps() function against an attacker-controlled host. This unbounded decoding can lead to excessive memory and CPU allocation, causing the client process to experience a Denial of Service (DoS) due to resource exhaustion. |
| Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl drop the end of a record and its line ending when a UTF-8 flagged field precedes invalid UTF-8 bytes in print.
When a record contains a UTF-8 flagged field, print holds back trailing bytes that are not valid UTF-8 at each buffer flush, so that a character split across two flushes can be completed. Nothing writes the held-back bytes after the record's final flush. A record whose last field ends in such a byte loses it, any closing quote and the line ending, while print still returns true. combine is not affected.
The next record is written onto the same line, or, when the last field was quoted, the missing closing quote makes a reader take every following record as part of that field. |
