CVSS v3.1 |
A vulnerability has been identified in JT2Go (All versions < V2312.0004), Parasolid V35.1 (All versions < V35.1.254), Parasolid V36.0 (All versions < V36.0.207), Parasolid V36.1 (All versions < V36.1.147), Teamcenter Visualization V14.2 (All versions < V14.2.0.12), Teamcenter Visualization V14.3 (All versions < V14.3.0.9), Teamcenter Visualization V2312 (All versions < V2312.0004). The affected applications contain a null pointer dereference vulnerability while parsing specially crafted X_T files. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to crash the application causing denial of service condition.
OpenFHE through 1.2.3 has a NULL pointer dereference in BinFHEContext::EvalFloor in lib/binfhe-base-scheme.cpp.
The NASA’s Interplanetary Overlay Network (ION) is an implementation of Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking (DTN). A segmentation fault occurs with ION-DTN BPv7 software version 4.1.3 when a bundle with a Destination Endpoint ID (EID) set to dtn:none is received. This causes the node to become unresponsive to incoming bundles, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) condition. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.1.3s.
Time4J Base v5.9.3 was discovered to contain a NullPointerException via the component net.time4j.format.internal.FormatUtils::useDefaultWeekmodel(Locale). NOTE: this is disputed by multiple third parties who believe there was not reasonable evidence to determine the existence of a vulnerability. The submission may have been based on a tool that is not sufficiently robust for vulnerability identification.
An unauthenticated attacker can perform a null pointer dereference in the DHIP Service (UDP port 37810). This vulnerability has been resolved in firmware version 2.800.0000000.8.R.20241111.
Cesanta Mongoose commit b316989 was discovered to contain a NULL pointer dereference via the scpy function at src/fmt.c. This vulnerability allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted MQTT packet.
A vulnerability was found in RefindPlusRepo RefindPlus 0.14.2.AB and classified as problematic. Affected by this issue is the function GetDebugLogFile of the file Library/MemLogLib/BootLog.c. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. Attacking locally is a requirement. The patch is identified as d2143a1e2deefddd9b105fb7160763c4f8d47ea2. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
A vulnerability was found in RefindPlusRepo RefindPlus 0.14.2.AB. It has been classified as problematic. This affects the function InternalApfsTranslateBlock of the file Library/RP_ApfsLib/RP_ApfsIo.c. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. It is possible to launch the attack on the local host. The patch is named 4d35125ca689a255647e9033dd60c257d26df7cb. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: core: prevent NULL deref in generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower()
The ethtool tsconfig Netlink path can trigger a null pointer
dereference. A call chain such as:
tsconfig_prepare_data() ->
dev_get_hwtstamp_phylib() ->
vlan_hwtstamp_get() ->
generic_hwtstamp_get_lower() ->
generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower()
results in generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower() being called with
kernel_cfg->ifr as NULL.
The generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower() function does not expect
a NULL ifr and dereferences it, leading to a system crash.
Fix this by adding a NULL check for kernel_cfg->ifr in
generic_hwtstamp_ioctl_lower(). If ifr is NULL, return -EINVAL. |
Verifying a certificate chain which contains a certificate with an unknown public key algorithm will cause Certificate.Verify to panic. This affects all crypto/tls clients, and servers that set Config.ClientAuth to VerifyClientCertIfGiven or RequireAndVerifyClientCert. The default behavior is for TLS servers to not verify client certificates.
Netskope was notified about a potential gap in its agent (NS Client) on Windows systems. If this gap is successfully exploited, a local, authenticated user with Administrator privileges can improperly load the driver as a generic kernel service. This triggers the flaw, causing a system crash (Blue-Screen-of-Death) and resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the affected machine.
A Null Pointer Dereference vulnerability in the SonicOS SSLVPN Virtual office interface allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to crash the firewall, potentially leading to a Denial-of-Service (DoS) condition.
A NULL pointer dereference in the component libPdfCore.dll of Wondershare PDF Reader v1.0.9.2544 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted PDF file.
| A null pointer dereference in Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS software on PA-800 Series, PA-3200 Series, PA-5200 Series, and PA-7000 Series hardware platforms when Decryption policy is enabled allows an unauthenticated attacker to crash PAN-OS by sending specific traffic through the data plane, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. Repeated attempts to trigger this condition will result in PAN-OS entering maintenance mode.
Palo Alto Networks VM-Series, Cloud NGFW, and Prisma Access are not affected.
This issue only affects PA-800 Series, PA-3200 Series, PA-5200 Series, and PA-7000 Series running these specific versions of PAN-OS:

A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in Khronos Group glslang 15.1.0. Affected by this issue is the function glslang::TIntermediate::isConversionAllowed of the file glslang/MachineIndependent/Intermediate.cpp. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. The attack needs to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
NULL pointer dereference in some Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi and Killerâ„¢ WiFi software for Windows before version 23.80 may allow an unauthenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via adjacent access.
A NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in Cesanta Frozen versions less than 1.7 allows an attacker to induce a crash of the component embedding the library by supplying a maliciously crafted JSON as input.
A vulnerability was found in axboe fio up to 3.41. This affects the function str_buffer_pattern_cb of the file options.c. Performing manipulation results in null pointer dereference. The attack must be initiated from a local position. The exploit has been made public and could be used.
A NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in DumpTS v0.1.0-nightly allows attackers to cause a denial of service via the function VerifyCommandLine() at /src/DumpTS.cpp.
A NULL Pointer Dereference discovered in DumpTS v0.1.0-nightly allows attackers to cause a denial of service via the function DumpOneStream() at /src/DumpStream.cpp.
