CVE-2026-105839 2 Raphael Assenat, Sezero 2 Libmikmod, Libmikmod 2026-10-09 7.8 High
libmikmod before 3.3.14 contains an integer overflow in the Oktalyzer loader OKT_doPBOD() that allows attackers to cause heap buffer overflow via crafted track counts. Attackers can supply an OKT module whose SLEN chunk wraps the 16-bit numtrk value, causing PBOD writes past allocated track pointers for crashes or code execution.
CVE-2026-102168 1 Arista 1 Wi-fi Access Points 2026-10-09 6.5 Medium
On affected Arista Wi-Fi access points with Captive Portal enabled, an unauthenticated wireless client connected to a Captive-Portal-enabled SSID can crash the portal service with a crafted HTTP request. This results in a temporary denial of service until the service automatically restarts. Remote code execution is not possible.
CVE-2026-59346 1 Vmware 2 Vmware Fusion, Vmware Workstation 2026-10-09 9.3 Critical
VMware Workstation and Fusion contain an integer-overflow vulnerability. A malicious actor with local administrative privileges on a virtual machine with VMXNET3 virtual network adapter may exploit this issue to execute code on the host. Affected versions: - VMware Workstation: 25H2, 26H1 (fixed in 26H1u1) - VMware Fusion: 25H2, 26H1 (fixed in 26H1u1)
CVE-2026-107446 1 Containerd 1 Overlaybd 2026-10-09 6.8 Medium
containerd overlaybd through 1.0.18 has a do_load_index (LSMT index loading) integer overflow (and resultant out-of-bounds heap access) for index_bytes, if an untrusted overlaybd blob from a registry is used in a scenario with multiple overlaybd-backed containers.
CVE-2026-107614 1 Glavsoft 1 Tightvnc 2026-10-09 6.1 Medium
An integer underflow in WinCursorShapeUtils::trimTransparent() in GlavSoft TightVNC Server for Windows before 2.8.88 allows a local authenticated user to crash the server, and potentially read out-of-bounds memory, by causing a cursor shape with a width or height of zero to be processed on the DXGI capture path. The loop bound width - 1 wraps to 0xFFFFFFFF, producing an access roughly 4 GB beyond the 64 KB cursor buffer; a monochrome cursor of height 1 also becomes 0 because getCursorHeight() halves the height in place.
CVE-2020-6073 2 Debian, Videolabs 2 Debian Linux, Libmicrodns 2026-10-08 7.5 High
An exploitable denial-of-service vulnerability exists in the TXT record-parsing functionality of Videolabs libmicrodns 0.1.0. When parsing the RDATA section in a TXT record in mDNS messages, multiple integer overflows can be triggered, leading to a denial of service. An attacker can send an mDNS message to trigger this vulnerability.
CVE-2022-2285 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Vim 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Vim 2026-10-08 7.8 High
Integer Overflow or Wraparound in GitHub repository vim/vim prior to 9.0.
CVE-2021-38166 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel 2026-10-08 7.8 High
In kernel/bpf/hashtab.c in the Linux kernel through 5.13.8, there is an integer overflow and out-of-bounds write when many elements are placed in a single bucket. NOTE: exploitation might be impractical without the CAP_SYS_ADMIN capability.
CVE-2020-27171 4 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 1 more 4 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 1 more 2026-10-08 6.0 Medium
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 5.11.8. kernel/bpf/verifier.c has an off-by-one error (with a resultant integer underflow) affecting out-of-bounds speculation on pointer arithmetic, leading to side-channel attacks that defeat Spectre mitigations and obtain sensitive information from kernel memory, aka CID-10d2bb2e6b1d.
CVE-2020-14155 7 Apple, Gitlab, Netapp and 4 more 22 Macos, Gitlab, Active Iq Unified Manager and 19 more 2026-10-08 5.3 Medium
libpcre in PCRE before 8.44 allows an integer overflow via a large number after a (?C substring.
CVE-2019-14250 3 Canonical, Gnu, Opensuse 3 Ubuntu Linux, Binutils, Leap 2026-10-08 5.5 Medium
An issue was discovered in GNU libiberty, as distributed in GNU Binutils 2.32. simple_object_elf_match in simple-object-elf.c does not check for a zero shstrndx value, leading to an integer overflow and resultant heap-based buffer overflow.
CVE-2017-1000158 2 Debian, Python 2 Debian Linux, Python 2026-10-08 9.8 Critical
CPython (aka Python) up to 2.7.13 is vulnerable to an integer overflow in the PyString_DecodeEscape function in stringobject.c, resulting in heap-based buffer overflow (and possible arbitrary code execution)
CVE-2016-9063 3 Debian, Mozilla, Python 3 Debian Linux, Firefox, Python 2026-10-08 9.8 Critical
An integer overflow during the parsing of XML using the Expat library. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 50.
CVE-2016-4472 4 Canonical, Libexpat Project, Mcafee and 1 more 4 Ubuntu Linux, Libexpat, Policy Auditor and 1 more 2026-10-08 8.1 High
The overflow protection in Expat is removed by compilers with certain optimization settings, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code via crafted XML data. NOTE: this vulnerability exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2015-1283 and CVE-2015-2716.
CVE-2026-106429 1 Mongodb 1 Libmongocrypt 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
An integer underflow in the KMS endpoint-parsing logic of MongoDB libmongocrypt can cause an allocation failure that terminates the application process. This can occur when an authenticated user modifies a key document in the key vault collection, or when an application accepts a KMS endpoint containing a colon after its path or query during key creation. The issue does not access memory outside its allocated bounds.
CVE-2026-42618 1 Tuxera 1 Ntfs-3g 2026-10-08 7.1 High
In NTFS-3G before 2026.7.7, a heap buffer overflow exists in ntfs_decompress() in compress.c that allows an attacker to corrupt one byte of heap memory in the SUID-root ntfs-3g binary by crafting a malicious NTFS image. The overflow is triggered by reading the special crafted file.
CVE-2026-18839 2 Popt-devel, Redhat 6 Popt-static, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more 2026-10-08 2.2 Low
An integer underflow was found in the popt library when formatting help text for option tables that exceed the terminal width. A local user who can cause an application to print help under those conditions may cause that application to crash or fail to display help, resulting in a denial of service of the affected application.
CVE-2026-18355 1 Redhat 10 Directory Server, Directory Server E4s, Enterprise Linux and 7 more 2026-10-08 7.5 High
A heap buffer overflow flaw was found in the SASL I/O layer of 389 Directory Server (389-ds-base). In sasl_io_start_packet(), the wrapped-record length read from the wire is validated only against an upper bound. A small wire length (0, 1, or 2) produces an encrypted_buffer_count below the already-consumed encrypted_buffer_offset, causing an unsigned subtraction underflow in sasl_io_read_packet(). PR_Recv is then requested to read approximately 4 GiB into a 1024-byte heap buffer, resulting in a heap buffer overflow with attacker-controlled content. After a successful SASL bind with integrity protection (SSF > 0), a remote authenticated attacker can cause a denial of service or potentially achieve remote code execution. This flaw is distinct from CVE-2026-11774, whose fix only guards against upper-bound overflow.
CVE-2026-102504 1 Tonycoz 1 Imager 2026-10-08 7.5 High
Imager versions before 1.037 for Perl exit the process reading a raw image with an out-of-range raw_datachannels value in i_readraw_wiol. Nothing range-checks raw_datachannels. The line buffer is sized as the image width times the channel count with no overflow check, so a negative or very large count requests an excessive allocation. When it fails, Imager's allocator calls exit(3). Passing an untrusted raw_datachannels value to Imager->read() triggers an uncatchable exit.
CVE-2026-104033 2 Redhat, Sssd 4 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform and 1 more 2026-10-07 5.4 Medium
A flaw was found in SSSD. When configured to enforce account expiration using LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) shadow attributes, SSSD fails to treat an expiration value of zero as an expired account. A user with valid credentials for an expired account can exploit this flaw to bypass access controls and authenticate to the system. This allows unauthorized access to persist after the account was intended to be deactivated.
