CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
firmware: arm_scmi: Validate SENSOR_UPDATE payload size
SENSOR_UPDATE carries one or more sensor readings after the fixed
notification header. The parser derives the expected reading count
from the sensor description, but it did not verify that the received
payload contains those entries before parsing them.
Reject truncated update notifications before reading the variable
array. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mac80211: validate deauth frame length before reason access
ieee80211_rx_mgmt_deauth() reads the deauth reason code before checking
that the fixed field is actually present in the received frame.
Validate the deauth frame length first and only then read the reason
code. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mac80211_hwsim: reject undersized HWSIM_ATTR_TX_INFO
hwsim_tx_info_frame_received_nl() casts the HWSIM_ATTR_TX_INFO payload
to a struct hwsim_tx_rate * and unconditionally reads
IEEE80211_TX_MAX_RATES entries (8 bytes) from it. The policy only bounds
the attribute from above (NLA_BINARY .len is a maximum) and the op sets
GENL_DONT_VALIDATE_STRICT, so a short or zero-length attribute is
accepted and the loop reads past the payload.
Require the exact length in the policy, so a malformed attribute is
rejected before the handler runs. |
| Starman versions before 0.4019 for Perl allow CPU exhaustion via quadratic regex backtracking when parsing chunked request bodies.
Starman decodes chunked request bodies before calling the application, matching each chunk-size line with `s/^(([0-9a-fA-F]+).*\015\012)//`. A line of hex digits followed by a bare LF and then CRLF never matches, because `.` does not match LF, and each failed attempt backtracks in time quadratic in the length of the hex run. Nothing limits the length of the line.
A remote attacker can exhaust worker CPU by sending such requests to any route. |
| telnetd in GNU inetutils through 2.7 allows an out-of-bounds write in the LINEMODE SLC (Set Local Characters) suboption handler because add_slc does not check whether the buffer is full. |
| TOTOlink A3600R v5.9c.4959 contains a buffer overflow vulnerability in the setAppEasyWizardConfig interface of /lib/cste_modules/app.so. The vulnerability occurs because the rootSsid parameter is not properly validated for length, allowing remote attackers to trigger a buffer overflow, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or denial of service. |
| ImageMagick before 6.9.13-58 and 7.x before 7.1.2-33 contains a heap-based buffer overflow in the X11 animate operation when processing crafted images. Attackers can supply a malicious image that, when a user runs an X11 animate operation on it, overwrites heap memory and can crash the application. |
| vLLM from 0.22.0 before 0.24.0 contains an improper input validation vulnerability in the Rust gRPC converter that allows remote attackers to bypass max_logprobs limits via CandidateTokens.top_n. Attackers can send Generate or GenerateStream requests with oversized or integer-wrapping top_n values to trigger torch.topk failures that terminate EngineCore. |
| Vulnerability in NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway.
This issue affects ADC: from 14.1 through 73.32 and from 13.1 through 63.21; Gateway: from 14.1 through 73.32 and from 13.1 through 63.21. |
| ImageMagick before 6.9.13-58 and 7.x before 7.1.2-33 incorrectly parses delegate invocations, which can allow an executable blocked in policy.xml to still run. An attacker who gets ImageMagick to process input that triggers a delegate invocation can bypass the administrator-defined policy and execute the blocked program. |
| A flaw was found in GIMP’s X cursor (XMC) thumbnail loader. When GIMP generates a thumbnail for a crafted XMC file, it allocates a pixel buffer using a width * height size computed in 32-bit signed arithmetic. If that product overflows, the allocation is smaller than the true image extent. A subsequent GEGL buffer read uses the unwrapped dimensions and performs an out-of-bounds read on the heap, after integer overflow in the size calculation. This can crash GIMP or corrupt process memory. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows iSCSI allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| rclone serve s3 versions 1.75.0 before 1.75.2 contain an integer overflow vulnerability in multipart reorder-memory accounting that bypasses the configured buffer limit. Attackers can open two concurrent current-part PUT requests declaring huge lengths to wrap the signed int64 counter and retain out-of-order parts in memory, exhausting the host. |
| A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s GIF export plug-in. Exporting an image with very large width and height can cause 32-bit overflow when computing the pixel buffer size. The plug-in allocates a buffer based on the wrapped value while GEGL writes using the true image extent, rooted in integer overflow |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Servicing Stack Updates allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Out-of-bounds read in Windows Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office Word allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office Word allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Use after free in Windows Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Out-of-bounds read in Windows AppX Deployment Service allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally. |
