CVSS v3.1 |
| Mattermost versions 11.9.x <= 11.9.1, 11.8.x <= 11.8.5, 11.7.x <= 11.7.10, 11.10.x <= 11.10.1 Mattermost fail to apply allocation limits to the byte-string decode paths in its WebSocket msgpack decoder, which allows an authenticated remote attacker to cause excessive server memory allocation via a crafted binary WebSocket frame declaring a Bin32 payload length of up to 4,294,967,295 bytes.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00768 |
| Xovis AG APS-R-POE, APS-R-POE-PP, APS-R, APS-R-POE-USB, and APS-B 2.10.1.1 and earlier contains an OS command injection vulnerability in /sbin/ImportParamSet.sh. The script processes symlinks from uploaded parameter archive files and embeds the symlink target path into a shell command without quoting or sanitization. The command is executed as root via APC_SendMsg IPC. |
| Path Traversal and Missing Authorization in cloud-storage source in Google Cloud MCP Toolbox for Databases (googleapis/mcp-toolbox) versions 1.2.0 through 1.4.0 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exfiltrate host files to external Google Cloud Storage buckets and overwrite arbitrary local files via crafted tool invocation parameters. |
| The MySQL client response parser in Apache bRPC dereferences a null pointer when the server peer sends a zero-payload-length response packet. A response packet whose declared payload length is zero is accepted by the frame-length check (is_full_package), after which the parser reads the response type byte via an unbounded 5-byte fetch that returns nullptr, and type = p[4] dereferences it, crashing the client process.
Root Cause: In brpc::policy::MysqlReply::ConsumePartialIOBuf, buf.fetch(header, 5) returns nullptr when the buffered data only holds the 4-byte header of a zero-length packet, then the code reads p[4] (and, in the fast-auth path, p2[4]) without checking for a null or zero-length packet.
Affected Scenarios: A brpc MySQL client connecting to a malicious or compromised MySQL server (or a MITM) can be crashed by a zero-length server response packet, resulting in denial of service of the client.
Fix: The fix rejects zero-length response packets (returning PARSE_ERROR_ABSOLUTELY_WRONG) both for the initial response type determination and after a fast-auth marker, before reading the type byte. Upgrade to the Apache bRPC version 1.18.0 or apply the PR patch at https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3536. |
| The Discovery naming-service reply parser in Apache bRPC (versions < 1.18.0) calls RapidJSON object-only accessors (FindMember) on JSON values without first validating that those values are objects. A malformed Discovery response whose data/service members or instances list contain non-object entries (e.g. a bare integer) triggers the RapidJSON object-access precondition on the client, reading memory out of bounds and potentially crashing the bRPC client.
Root Cause:
In src/brpc/policy/discovery_naming_service.cpp, DiscoveryNamingService::GetServers() and DiscoveryNames::ListDiscoveryNodes() access JSON values with member functions on non-object values. RapidJSON only defines these operations for object types; invoking them on a non-object violates the class invariant and results in undefined behavior (out-of-bounds read), commonly crashing the process.
Affected Scenarios:
An operator-configured (or compromised) Discovery backend returns a malformed /discovery/nodes or /discovery/fetchs response whose data/service/instance entries are not JSON objects, crashing any bRPC client that refreshes its server list.
How to Fix:
1. Upgrade bRPC to version 1.18.0 or later, which fixes this issue.
2. Apply this patch: https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3533
The fix validates that the Discovery response data, per-service data, and instance entries are JSON objects (and skips non-object node/instance entries and rejects non-object data/service values) before calling member accessors. |
| NULL pointer dereference in the RTMP protocol implementation in Apache bRPC (version < 1.18.0) on all platforms allows remote attackers to crash the server (denial of service) via a crafted createStream command.
Root Cause:
When an RTMP service rejects a createStream request by returning a null stream from RtmpService::NewStream(), the server sends an error response to the client. If writing this rejection response fails (for example, because the client closes the connection immediately after sending the createStream command), the error-handling path in RtmpChunkStream::OnCreateStream() dereferences the null stream pointer to access stream->_onfail_id, causing the process to crash.
Affected Scenarios:
Run an Apache bRPC RTMP server whose RtmpService::NewStream() may return null (i.e., the service rejects createStream requests). A remote client that sends a createStream command and then closes the connection before the rejection response is written can crash the server.
How to Fix:
(Choose one of the following options)
1. Upgrade bRPC to version 1.18.0, which fixes this issue.
2. Apply this patch: https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3508 |
| Uncontrolled resource allocation in the mcpack2pb component in Apache bRPC (version < 1.18.0) on all platforms allows remote attackers to make the server allocate a large amount of memory via sending a crafted mcpack request with a huge array item count.
Root Cause:
The bRPC mcpack2pb parser trusts the item count stored in the mcpack array header without validating it against the actual payload size. The code generated by the mcpack2pb protoc plugin uses this count to preallocate memory for repeated protobuf fields via Reserve(). A malformed request declaring item_count = 0x7fffffff can force the server to preallocate about 16GB of virtual memory, which may abort the process (SIGABRT) on memory-constrained hosts.
Affected Scenarios:
Use a bRPC server that wires a NsheadService to UbrpcMcpack2Adaptor (the Baidu ubrpc deployment pattern) and parses requests with code generated by the mcpack2pb protoc plugin. The request body is parsed before authentication.
How to Fix:
(Choose one of the following options)
1. Upgrade bRPC to version 1.18.0, which fixes this issue.
2. Apply this patch: https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3451
Note:
No matter which option you choose, you should know that the fix caps the array item count to the remaining bytes of the array payload. |
| A vulnerability in Apache Answer.
This issue affects Apache Answer: through 2.0.2.
A verification code issued for one email-based workflow could be accepted by another sensitive workflow because the code purpose was not properly enforced.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.0.3, which fixes the issue. |
| A buffer overflow vulnerability in the Brotli decoder (c/dec/decode.c) in Google Brotli versions 1.0.3 through 1.2.0 on all platforms allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to corrupt adjacent decoder state memory, disclose sensitive memory contents, cause a denial of service, or potentially execute arbitrary code using a crafted Brotli-compressed stream.
Users need to update any Brotli libraries or binaries between 1.0.3 through 1.2.0 to the latest available version: 1.0.10 or 1.1.1 or 1.2.1. |
| libical through 4.0.6 contains a heap-based out-of-bounds read in icalvalue_decode_ical_string() in src/libical/icalvalue.c when decoding input ending in a backslash. Attackers can supply escaped iCalendar text with a trailing backslash, causing the loop to read past the terminator and crash the application or leak adjacent heap memory. |
| La Suite Docs through 6.0.1 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated users to write comments into threads of documents they cannot access. Attackers who know a thread UUID can route a POST comment request through their own document's resource_id, inserting comments into another document's thread without access. |
| UADE through 3.05 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in uade_filemagic() in amifilemagic.c caused by unsigned bufsize subtraction wrapping on short inputs. Attackers can supply a crafted short module that passes format probe bounds checks and reads far past the buffer, crashing applications that probe or play it. |
| Out-of-bounds read and write in the Count-Min sketch deserialization of Apache DataSketches C++ (repo: datasketches-cpp).
count_min_sketch::deserialize() did not include the preamble in its input size check, so a truncated sketch could cause a read of up to 16 bytes past the end of the input. In addition, the table size was computed from the serialized number of buckets and number of hash functions in 32-bit arithmetic. A crafted sketch could make it wrap to zero, so that the sketch deserialized with an empty table, and later updates and estimate queries read and wrote outside the heap allocation. This can corrupt heap memory, causing a crash and potentially enabling further exploitation.
This issue affects Apache DataSketches C++: from 4.1.0 before 5.3.0. Only applications that deserialize Count-Min sketches from untrusted sources are affected.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.3.0, which fixes this issue. |
| Vulnerability in the SQL storage module of Apache SIS. When sorting a stream of features, the clause is copied after ORDER BY without quoting the identifier character. A crafter sort clause could inject SQL in the query.
This issue affects the sql-storage module of Apache SIS from version 1.0 through 1.6 inclusive. Other modules such as sis-referencing are not impacted. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.7, which fixes the issue. |
| Mattermost versions 11.7.x <= 11.7.10 fail to validate reserved system post types on the scheduled post creation and publication paths which allows an authenticated channel member to publish messages rendering as trusted system events via the scheduled post endpoint.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00732 |
| SQL Injection vulnerability in CRM SOFTTRADE Infotech (aka softtradeindia) 1.0 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the Login Page |
| Adobe Experience Manager is affected by a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that could be abused by a low-privileged attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. Malicious JavaScript may be executed in a victim's browser when they browse to the page containing the vulnerable field. Scope is changed. |
| The root-privileged `wsserver` terminal-bridge daemon builds a shell command from client-supplied WebSocket fields and passes it to `system()` and `popen()` without quoting, escaping, or character-set validation. The daemon's public-key session path performs no appliance-session check. |
| The MongoDB Shell (mongosh) relies on Node.js as a third-party runtime that carries its own TLS root certificate store. This certificate store has the recoverable eMudhra intermediate CA certificates. This issue impacts MongoDB Shell (mongosh) versions prior to 2.14.0 and can be resolved by updating to mongosh 2.14.0 which bundles Node.js 24.22.1 or later. If mongosh is installed through npm, it uses the Node.js runtime installed on the host; update that runtime separately. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Kameleo up to 5.3.1. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /general/user-info of the component Local API. Such manipulation leads to information disclosure. The attack may be performed from remote. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
