CVSS v3.1 |
ZenTao PMS before 22.3 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in commonModel::isOpenMethod() that lets logged-in users skip group-based ACL checks for any method containing 'ajax'. Minimal-privilege users can call methods like task.ajaxGetByID, system.ajaxDBAuthUrl and admin.ajaxChangeTableEngine to read data, obtain database credentials, trigger CI jobs and alter tables.
Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 allows the disabled_actions configuration setting to be bypassed. The check compared only the action name as requested, so a remote authenticated attacker could reach an action listed in disabled_actions by requesting it through its deprecated alias instead. Upstream fixed this in the commit “Fix bug where deprecated action aliases bypassed `disabled_actions` setting”, which moves the check into rcmail::action_handler() and resolves aliases before comparing.
Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 is affected by an incorrect authorization vulnerability in the Modoboa driver of the password plugin. The driver took the first entry of the account search result returned by the Modoboa API instead of matching the authenticated user, so a password change could be applied to a different account. Upstream fixed this in the commit “Fix bug where Password Modoboa driver could change password for another account”, which selects the account whose username matches and fails if none does.
sglang-router (sgl-model-gateway) through 0.3.2 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows holders of the data-plane API key to access mesh HA management routes because /ha/* endpoints skip control-plane Admin role checks. Attackers can read cluster topology, write gossiped configuration, change global rate limits, and call POST /ha/shutdown to silently dissolve HA coordination.
Incorrect authorization in the Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS) of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.2.1 through 6.3.6 allows a remote attacker to relay mail through the server to outside addresses. With SRS enabled, the server rewrites the envelope sender of mail it forwards to a signed SRS address at the forwarding domain, and passes a bounce to that address back to the original sender; but it took every message to a valid SRS address, whatever its sender, as delivery to a local recipient, so the relay rules and the SMTP authentication they require were not applied, and the message was delivered to the outside address the SRS address encodes. Anyone holding a valid SRS address of the server, such as the recipient of a forwarded message, could have the server relay mail to the address it encodes for 21 days, and an account holder whose account forwards to an outside mailbox could obtain one for any address. SRS is off by default.
Incorrect authorization in the REST administration API of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.3.4 through 6.3.6 allows a remote authenticated user whose credential holds the manage_roles permission in named domains - a full-scope API key issued for those domains, or an account assigned the serveradmin role with a list of domains - to obtain the server administrator's authority. An account's admin level gives it authority, and a role assigned to it replaces that authority, which is how an administrator narrows an account whose admin level is the server administrator's. The route that takes a role away (DELETE /api/v1/role-assignments/{address}) checked only that the credential takes in what the account held at the time, not what it would hold afterwards, so such a credential could take a narrowing role away from an account in its domains whose admin level is the server administrator's, returning it to the server administrator's authority, and, having set that account's password while it held the narrower role, sign in as the server administrator.
Incorrect authorization in the COM administration API of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.3.4 through 6.3.6 allows an account assigned the serveradmin role with a list of domains - a credential an administrator may create meaning to confine it to those domains - to act as the whole-server administrator over COM. Administrator roles are meant to confine such a credential to the domains its list names, and the REST API did not take it for the server administrator, but the COM API's server-administrator check read the administer_server permission as the whole server whatever list the grant carried. So the credential signed in through the Control Panel, or through a script run on the server, as the server administrator of every domain: it could read and change every domain's accounts and mail, rename any domain, map a domain alias onto any, write the server's settings and secrets, and create further server-administrator accounts. The COM API's domain-administrator check, asked with no domain, likewise let an account assigned the domainadmin role with a list of domains that leaves out the account's own domain administer that domain's ordinary accounts over COM. An account holding serveradmin with no list is the server administrator by design and is unaffected, as are the help desk, auditor and custom roles.
WWBN AVideo before 29.4.0 contains an incorrect authorization vulnerability that allows delegated Users Admin accounts to delete or modify administrator accounts. Attackers can submit requests to confirmDeleteUser.json.php or userAddNew.json.php targeting administrators to delete their videos and accounts, or change and demote them.
GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab EE affecting all versions from 12.0 before 19.3.6, 19.4 before 19.4.3, and 19.5 before 19.5.1 that, when the instance-wide SAML or LDAP membership lock was enabled, an authenticated user could have granted or accepted project and group membership outside the identity provider's control, due to incomplete enforcement of the membership lock on requests created before the lock was enabled.
GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab EE affecting all versions from 19.2 before 19.3.6, 19.4 before 19.4.3, and 19.5 before 19.5.1 that, when an instance administrator locked a group's Duo availability, an authenticated user with group Owner permissions could have re-enabled AI-backed data egress to a third-party service for that group and its descendant projects, due to insufficient granularity of the admin-lock enforcement controls.
Vikunja 0.13.0 before 2.7.0 contains an incorrect authorization vulnerability that allows project members with Write permission to delete admin-tier link shares because the delete permission check reads an unloaded share object. Attackers can send DELETE requests to the v1 or v2 projects shares endpoints with sequential share IDs to revoke admin links and invalidate existing share sessions.
phpMyFAQ before 4.1.9 and 4.2.0-alpha before 4.2.0-beta contains an improper authorization vulnerability in attachment.php that fails to verify whether an attachment's parent FAQ is published or visible to the requester. Authenticated users with the dlattachment permission can request index.php?action=attachment&id=<ID> to download complete attachment files belonging to draft FAQs.
Exposed dangerous method or function and Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in OnePlus OxygenOS on Android. The olc2 logging HAL exposes a binder method that fork()'s and calls execl("/vendor/bin/sh", "sh", "-c", cmd, NULL) with a caller-supplied command string. The only authorization check is getCallingUid() == 0. Because SELinux policy grants binder access to this HAL to a wide client attribute, any uid-0 process in any of those domains (including dumpstate, which is reachable from an unprivileged app via Vulnerability 1) obtains arbitrary command execution. The spawned shell lands in u:r:vendor_qti_init_shell:s0 SELinux context via a policy type_transition, a domain holding all Linux capabilities. This issue affects OxygenOS: from 16.1.0 before 16.1.10.500, from 16.0.0 before 16.0.5.1200, and from 15.0.0 before 15.0.0.2000.
Trigger.dev before 4.5.12 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows holders of capability-restricted user-actor tokens to create alert channels by using the legacy personal access token helper. Attackers with a read-only UAT can POST to the project alertChannels endpoint to create production webhook channels, routing future deployment and error alerts to attacker-controlled infrastructure.
In `api-gateway` versions till `1.7.3`, The default rate-limit key resolver, `ClientIpKeyResolver`, derives the per-client bucket key from the leftmost element of the `X-Forwarded-For` request header. That element is supplied by the originating HTTP client and is not validated against any trusted-proxy list. A single attacker can therefore obtain an unlimited number of independent rate-limit buckets — one per unique header value — and completely bypass the gateway's request-rate limiting on every route that uses the shipped default configuration.
A vulnerability was detected in SourceCodester Food Order Management System 1.0. Affected is an unknown function of the component Admin Endpoint. The manipulation results in missing authorization. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit is now public and may be used.
The Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash WordPress plugin before 3.8.2 does not verify that the acting user is permitted to manage the targeted accounts before changing their verification state, allowing a subsite administrator on a multisite network to mark arbitrary network users outside their own site as unverified and prevent those users from logging in.
The Synchrony Financing WordPress plugin before 1.1.2 does not properly authorise requests to one of its REST routes that modifies WooCommerce orders, allowing unauthenticated attackers to reassign any order to an account they control, tamper with its details, and read the associated customer's personal data.
Missing Authorization (CWE-862) and Initialization of a Resource with an Insecure Default (CWE-1188) in the MCP proxy (HandleStreamPassThrough in mcp_service.go) and OIDC registration flow (GET /info and POST /register in internal/controlplane/server.go) in Google OSS Agent Mesh (SAM) versions 0.1.0-alpha.1 through 0.1.0-alpha.8 allow a remote attacker to self-enroll into the mesh and invoke arbitrary tools across all connected MCP backend nodes. Because GET /info publicly discloses OIDC configuration, POST /register auto-enrolls any valid OIDC token holder without claim filtering or ban checks, and the default policy binds sam:system:authenticated to wildcard services and targets, an attacker can obtain a mesh credential with full read, write, and execution access on backend services. Users should upgrade to version 0.1.0-alpha.9 or later, which enforces a fail-closed default policy, explicit policy-binding requirements on enrollment, and ban checks.
A vulnerability was found in mod_proxy_cluster. The issue is that the <Directory> directive should be replaced by the <Location> directive as the former does not restrict IP/host access as `Require ip IP_ADDRESS` would suggest. This means that anyone with access to the host might send MCMP requests that may result in adding/removing/updating nodes for the balancing. However, this host should not be accessible to the public network as it does not serve the general traffic.
