CVSS v3.1 |
| A flaw has been found in DrayTek Vigor2960 1.5.1.6 Revision 8218. Affected by this issue is the function sub_182B0 of the file /cgi-bin/mainfunction.cgi of the component CGI Interface. This manipulation of the argument usefile/usescript/option causes os command injection. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor explains: "2960 1.5.1.7 has corrected many security issues. And 2960 is EoS with limited support, only major issues would be reviewed(e.g. unauthenticated vuln.)". This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. |
| A vulnerability was found in H3C Magic NX15 100R017. This issue affects the function sub_416874 of the file /usr/bin/usrlist. Performing a manipulation results in os command injection. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: block: Fix zones_cond out-of-bounds write on zone report
blk_revalidate_disk_zones() sizes the zones_cond array from the disk
capacity and zone size, but the index used by blk_revalidate_zone_cond()
comes from the device-driven report_zones() walk and is never checked
against the array size. A device reporting more zones than fit the array
makes blk_zone_set_cond() write out of bounds.
One way to reach this is a zone count exceeding 32 bits: both
blk_revalidate_zone_args.nr_zones and struct zoned_disk_info.nr_zones are
unsigned int, so a disk advertising more than UINT_MAX zones (e.g. 2^32 +
1024 zones of one 512-byte logical block) gets its zone count truncated to
a small value, undersizing the array while the report walk keeps counting
upward.
Check the index against the array size before storing the zone condition,
and refuse to revalidate when the zone count does not fit 32 bits. |
| An OS Command Injection vulnerability in the bootzd zero-touch provisioning daemon of Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved allows an unauthenticated attacker on the management LAN to execute commands as root via crafted DHCP response. |
| An Out-of-bounds Write vulnerability in the routing protocol daemon (rpd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows an adjacent attacker which sends a specific set of BGP communities to cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS) as rpd crashes when graceful-shutdown sender community is added when attempting to advertise. |
| A flaw was found in the DPDK GSO library. When software GSO copies packet headers into a new mbuf, it does not check that the header fits in the source first segment or in the destination buffer, and a header longer than the configured GSO segment size can underflow the payload-size calculation. A remote or guest-supplied packet processed with software GSO can trigger an out-of-bounds read or write. |
| A vulnerability exists in NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source when a location is configured that uses the alias directive together with rewrite and a set or return directive referencing the $request_filename variable. Alternatively, the same result could be achieved when the $request_filename variable is used in an access log format directive. An unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond their control can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests. This may cause a heap buffer overflow in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR.
Impact:
This vulnerability may allow remote attackers to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) on the NGINX system or to possibly trigger a code execution. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only.
Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. |
| Out-of-bounds write vulnerability in Citrix Workspace app for Windows.
This issue affects Workspace app for Windows: before 2603.20 CR, before LTSR 2607 Hotfix 1, and before LTSR 2507 CU3 Hotfix 1. |
| A flaw was found in xorg-x11-server. In the X Keyboard Extension (XKB), key name memory is allocated with an insufficient buffer size compared to the maximum supported range. An authenticated local client can exploit this flaw by sending requests that modify the keycode range, triggering a heap-based buffer overflow. This vulnerability can lead to arbitrary code execution or cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by crashing the X server. |
| Memory allocation with excessive size value in the MQTT 3.1.1 compatibility adapter in AWS aws-c-mqtt before 0.16.2 might allow a remote actor to cause a denial of service of the client application.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to aws-c-mqtt 0.16.2 or later, or to an AWS Common Runtime or AWS IoT Device SDK release that bundles it. |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 13.0.0, Pillow's FlashPix JPEG-tile decoder can write decoded scanlines beyond the allocated tile buffer. FlashPix (FPX) JPEG decoding selects raw mode LA with two bytes per pixel, while an unrecognized JPEG mode can be decoded as JCS_UNKNOWN with four components, causing ImagingJpegDecode to write four-component scanlines into the two-byte tile buffer. An attacker can supply a crafted OLE2 FlashPix file to an application with the optional olefile dependency installed that opens or thumbnails untrusted input. This can corrupt heap memory and may allow arbitrary code execution. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mac80211: minstrel_ht: validate fixed rate index
The fixed_rate_idx debugfs file is a plain u32 attribute, so any value
can be written to it. minstrel_ht_update_stats() then copies the value
into mi->max_tp_rate[] and mi->max_prob_rate, and
minstrel_ht_set_rate() uses MI_RATE_GROUP()/MI_RATE_IDX() to index
minstrel_mcs_groups[] (42 entries) and mi->groups[].rates[] (10 entries)
with it.
Writing e.g. 65535 selects group 4095 and rate index 15, far outside
both arrays. The out-of-bounds entries are dereferenced and updated as
struct minstrel_rate_stats (retry counts, etc.), so the invalid index
corrupts adjacent kernel memory. With CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS the access is
reported as an array-index-out-of-bounds in minstrel_ht_set_rate().
Only a valid group/rate pair, or U32_MAX to disable fixed rate
processing, can be used safely, so reject any other value when the
debugfs file is written.
The file is only reachable through a root-only debugfs mount, so this is
not a privilege boundary. The out-of-bounds access is still a bug that
must not be reachable through a writable debugfs attribute. |
| A flaw was found in xorg-x11-server. Due to an integer truncation issue during memory allocation calculations within the X Keyboard Extension (XKB), the server allocates an undersized buffer when resizing key types. An authenticated local client can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted XKB requests, causing a heap-based buffer overflow. This can result in arbitrary code execution or a denial of service (DoS). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: wfx: validate MIB read length before copying to caller
wfx_hif_read_mib() copies reply->length bytes from the firmware
response into the caller-provided buffer without checking that
reply->length does not exceed val_len. A firmware response with
a length field larger than expected overruns the caller buffer and
reads past the end of the reply allocation.
Replace the dead -ENOMEM check with an active validation that
reply->length fits within val_len before the memcpy. |
| A flaw was found in Wildfly. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger OutOfMemoryError as CSIv2Util's GSS token decoder reads an attacker-controlled length field without bounds checking and attempts to allocate a byte array of that size. |
| An os command injection vulnerability exists in the boa formWsc targetAPSsid functionality of Totolink X2000R TOTOLINK-X2000R-Gh-V1.0.0-B20250421.1327. A specially crafted HTTP request can lead to arbitrary code execution. An attacker can make an authenticated HTTP request to trigger this vulnerability. |
| A OS command injection vulnerability exists in the boa formMapDelDevice macstr functionality of X2000R (version(s): TOTOLINK-X2000R-Gh-V1.0.0-B20250421.1327). A specially crafted HTTP request can lead to arbitrary code execution. An attacker can make an authenticated HTTP request to trigger this vulnerability. |
| Wasmtime before 24.0.12, 25.0.0 before 36.0.13, 37.0.0 before 46.0.2, and 47.0.0 before 47.0.3 contains a type confusion vulnerability because several Store APIs fail to validate that objects belong to the Store's Engine. Embedders mixing objects between Engines via Instance::new, StructRefPre::new, or Tag::new can trigger trampoline signature mismatches causing out-of-bounds stack writes, GC heap corruption, or panics. |
| EDK2 contains a vulnerability in BIOS where a user may cause “Out-of-bounds
Write”, Classic
Buffer Overflow, and “Incorrect Calculation of Buffer Size” by remote access. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability
can lead to arbitrary
code execution. It could also impact
Confidentiality,
Integrity,
and Availability. |
| PhpSpreadsheet is a pure PHP library for reading and writing spreadsheet files. Prior to 1.30.7, 2.1.19, 2.4.8, 3.10.8, and 5.10.0, Ods::processTableRow in src/PhpSpreadsheet/Reader/Ods.php accepts an unbounded table:number-rows-repeated attribute from an ODS table row. When the row contains a value, the reader materializes a cell for every repetition without checking the spreadsheet row limit, so a small attacker-controlled ODS file can consume substantial CPU and memory and terminate the PHP worker. Column repetition is separately bounded and is not part of this vulnerability. This issue is fixed in versions 1.30.7, 2.1.19, 2.4.8, 3.10.8, and 5.10.0. |
