| CVE-2026-98145 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-26 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: accel/amdxdna: reject a command chain that carries no commands A chain whose command_count is zero passes the payload length check, because struct_size(payload, data, 0) is just the header. The fill loop then does not run, so offset stays zero and the request is submitted with a zero-length buffer. On firmware without AIE2_NPU_COMMAND that ends at the opcode check, since op is still ERT_INVALID_CMD and aie2_get_chain_msg_op() answers MSG_OP_MAX_OPCODE. aie2_get_npu_chain_msg_op() answers MSG_OP_CHAIN_EXEC_NPU whatever it is given, so there the submission continues to drm_clflush_virt_range(cmd_buf, 0), which reads the byte before the buffer and faults on the vmap guard page. EXEC_CMD is reachable by any process that can open the render node. Reject the request instead. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116463 | 1 Faststone | 1 Image Viewer | 2026-10-26 | 6.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability was identified in FastStone Image Viewer up to 8.5. Affected is the function FUN_0062d96c of the component Box-Average Downsampler Engine. The manipulation leads to out-of-bounds read. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | ||||

| CVE-2026-116544 | 1 Open5gs | 1 Open5gs | 2026-10-26 | 3.7 Low |
| Open5GS 2.6.1 through 2.8.0 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in parse_scheme_output() in lib/sbi/conv.c during SUCI de-concealment due to incomplete length validation. Remote unauthenticated UEs or SBI peers can submit a crafted SUCI with a 42-byte scheme output to a UDM, triggering a heap over-read past the buffer. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116262 | 1 Libimobiledevice | 1 Libimobiledevice | 2026-10-26 | 5.4 Medium |
| A vulnerability was detected in libimobiledevice up to 1.4.0. The affected element is the function webinspector_receive_with_timeout of the file src/webinspector.c of the component Web Inspector. The manipulation results in heap-based buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99098 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-26 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dm-integrity: fix buffer overflow in inline mode with large tag size In inline mode, dm_integrity_check and dm_integrity_inline_recheck compute the checksum of each block into an on-stack buffer of HASH_MAX_DIGESTSIZE bytes. integrity_sector_checksum pads its result with zeroes up to the tag size, so if the tag size is larger than HASH_MAX_DIGESTSIZE, the padding runs past the end of the buffer. With CONFIG_STACKPROTECTOR the kernel panics in dm_integrity_check on the first read. Enlarge both buffers to hold MAX_TAG_SIZE bytes, as commit b93b6643e9b5 ("dm integrity: fix a crash with unusually large tag size") did for integrity_metadata. Note that this is not a security bug because the buffer overflow can only be triggered by root. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63869 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-26 | 7.6 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: limit injected antenna index in ieee80211_parse_tx_radiotap When parsing the radiotap header of an injected frame, ieee80211_parse_tx_radiotap() uses the IEEE80211_RADIOTAP_ANTENNA value directly as a shift count: info->control.antennas |= BIT(*iterator.this_arg); *iterator.this_arg is an 8-bit value taken straight from the frame supplied by userspace, so BIT() can be asked to shift by up to 255. That is undefined behaviour on the unsigned long and is reported by UBSAN: UBSAN: shift-out-of-bounds in net/mac80211/tx.c:2174:30 shift exponent 235 is too large for 64-bit type 'unsigned long' Call Trace: ieee80211_parse_tx_radiotap+0xadb/0x1950 net/mac80211/tx.c:2174 ieee80211_monitor_start_xmit+0xb1f/0x1250 net/mac80211/tx.c:2451 ... packet_sendmsg+0x3eb6/0x50f0 net/packet/af_packet.c:3109 info->control.antennas is a 2-bit bitmap (u8 antennas:2), so only antenna indices 0 and 1 can ever be represented. Ignore any larger value instead of shifting out of bounds. | ||||

| CVE-2026-111124 | 1 Nasa | 1 Cfitsio | 2026-10-26 | 6.1 Medium |
| CFITSIO through 4.7.0 contains a heap-based out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the imcompress.c unquantize helpers that allows attackers to read memory before the fits_rand_value table via a zero or negative ZDITHER0 seed. Attackers can supply a crafted FITS file with a SUBTRACTIVE_DITHER_1 compressed image, read through fits_open_file() and fits_read_pix(), to cause crashes or leak heap contents in decoded pixels. | ||||

| CVE-2026-82945 | 2026-10-26 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| SOEM version 2.0.0 and earlier contains a vulnerability during device configuration where a malicious device can cause memory corruption. The software writes configuration data to a fixed-size array without checking if the array index exceeds its maximum size of EC_MAXFMMU entries. A device presenting more than EC_MAXFMMU configuration blocks can force writes beyond the array boundary, corrupting adjacent memory structures and potentially disrupting subsequent operations. | ||||
