| CVE-2025-38127 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-30 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ice: fix Tx scheduler error handling in XDP callback When the XDP program is loaded, the XDP callback adds new Tx queues. This means that the callback must update the Tx scheduler with the new queue number. In the event of a Tx scheduler failure, the XDP callback should also fail and roll back any changes previously made for XDP preparation. The previous implementation had a bug that not all changes made by the XDP callback were rolled back. This caused the crash with the following call trace: [ +9.549584] ice 0000:ca:00.0: Failed VSI LAN queue config for XDP, error: -5 [ +0.382335] Oops: general protection fault, probably for non-canonical address 0x50a2250a90495525: 0000 [#1] SMP NOPTI [ +0.010710] CPU: 103 UID: 0 PID: 0 Comm: swapper/103 Not tainted 6.14.0-net-next-mar-31+ #14 PREEMPT(voluntary) [ +0.010175] Hardware name: Intel Corporation M50CYP2SBSTD/M50CYP2SBSTD, BIOS SE5C620.86B.01.01.0005.2202160810 02/16/2022 [ +0.010946] RIP: 0010:__ice_update_sample+0x39/0xe0 [ice] [...] [ +0.002715] Call Trace: [ +0.002452] <IRQ> [ +0.002021] ? __die_body.cold+0x19/0x29 [ +0.003922] ? die_addr+0x3c/0x60 [ +0.003319] ? exc_general_protection+0x17c/0x400 [ +0.004707] ? asm_exc_general_protection+0x26/0x30 [ +0.004879] ? __ice_update_sample+0x39/0xe0 [ice] [ +0.004835] ice_napi_poll+0x665/0x680 [ice] [ +0.004320] __napi_poll+0x28/0x190 [ +0.003500] net_rx_action+0x198/0x360 [ +0.003752] ? update_rq_clock+0x39/0x220 [ +0.004013] handle_softirqs+0xf1/0x340 [ +0.003840] ? sched_clock_cpu+0xf/0x1f0 [ +0.003925] __irq_exit_rcu+0xc2/0xe0 [ +0.003665] common_interrupt+0x85/0xa0 [ +0.003839] </IRQ> [ +0.002098] <TASK> [ +0.002106] asm_common_interrupt+0x26/0x40 [ +0.004184] RIP: 0010:cpuidle_enter_state+0xd3/0x690 Fix this by performing the missing unmapping of XDP queues from q_vectors and setting the XDP rings pointer back to NULL after all those queues are released. Also, add an immediate exit from the XDP callback in case of ring preparation failure. | ||||
| CVE-2025-37957 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-30 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SVM: Forcibly leave SMM mode on SHUTDOWN interception Previously, commit ed129ec9057f ("KVM: x86: forcibly leave nested mode on vCPU reset") addressed an issue where a triple fault occurring in nested mode could lead to use-after-free scenarios. However, the commit did not handle the analogous situation for System Management Mode (SMM). This omission results in triggering a WARN when KVM forces a vCPU INIT after SHUTDOWN interception while the vCPU is in SMM. This situation was reprodused using Syzkaller by: 1) Creating a KVM VM and vCPU 2) Sending a KVM_SMI ioctl to explicitly enter SMM 3) Executing invalid instructions causing consecutive exceptions and eventually a triple fault The issue manifests as follows: WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 25506 at arch/x86/kvm/x86.c:12112 kvm_vcpu_reset+0x1d2/0x1530 arch/x86/kvm/x86.c:12112 Modules linked in: CPU: 0 PID: 25506 Comm: syz-executor.0 Not tainted 6.1.130-syzkaller-00157-g164fe5dde9b6 #0 Hardware name: QEMU Standard PC (i440FX + PIIX, 1996), BIOS 1.12.0-1 04/01/2014 RIP: 0010:kvm_vcpu_reset+0x1d2/0x1530 arch/x86/kvm/x86.c:12112 Call Trace: <TASK> shutdown_interception+0x66/0xb0 arch/x86/kvm/svm/svm.c:2136 svm_invoke_exit_handler+0x110/0x530 arch/x86/kvm/svm/svm.c:3395 svm_handle_exit+0x424/0x920 arch/x86/kvm/svm/svm.c:3457 vcpu_enter_guest arch/x86/kvm/x86.c:10959 [inline] vcpu_run+0x2c43/0x5a90 arch/x86/kvm/x86.c:11062 kvm_arch_vcpu_ioctl_run+0x50f/0x1cf0 arch/x86/kvm/x86.c:11283 kvm_vcpu_ioctl+0x570/0xf00 arch/x86/kvm/../../../virt/kvm/kvm_main.c:4122 vfs_ioctl fs/ioctl.c:51 [inline] __do_sys_ioctl fs/ioctl.c:870 [inline] __se_sys_ioctl fs/ioctl.c:856 [inline] __x64_sys_ioctl+0x19a/0x210 fs/ioctl.c:856 do_syscall_x64 arch/x86/entry/common.c:51 [inline] do_syscall_64+0x35/0x80 arch/x86/entry/common.c:81 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x6e/0xd8 Architecturally, INIT is blocked when the CPU is in SMM, hence KVM's WARN() in kvm_vcpu_reset() to guard against KVM bugs, e.g. to detect improper emulation of INIT. SHUTDOWN on SVM is a weird edge case where KVM needs to do _something_ sane with the VMCB, since it's technically undefined, and INIT is the least awful choice given KVM's ABI. So, double down on stuffing INIT on SHUTDOWN, and force the vCPU out of SMM to avoid any weirdness (and the WARN). Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with Syzkaller. [sean: massage changelog, make it clear this isn't architectural behavior] | ||||
| CVE-2025-22057 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-30 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: decrease cached dst counters in dst_release Upstream fix ac888d58869b ("net: do not delay dst_entries_add() in dst_release()") moved decrementing the dst count from dst_destroy to dst_release to avoid accessing already freed data in case of netns dismantle. However in case CONFIG_DST_CACHE is enabled and OvS+tunnels are used, this fix is incomplete as the same issue will be seen for cached dsts: Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address ffff5aabf6b5c000 Call trace: percpu_counter_add_batch+0x3c/0x160 (P) dst_release+0xec/0x108 dst_cache_destroy+0x68/0xd8 dst_destroy+0x13c/0x168 dst_destroy_rcu+0x1c/0xb0 rcu_do_batch+0x18c/0x7d0 rcu_core+0x174/0x378 rcu_core_si+0x18/0x30 Fix this by invalidating the cache, and thus decrementing cached dst counters, in dst_release too. | ||||
| CVE-2024-58096 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-30 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: add srng->lock for ath11k_hal_srng_* in monitor mode ath11k_hal_srng_* should be used with srng->lock to protect srng data. For ath11k_dp_rx_mon_dest_process() and ath11k_dp_full_mon_process_rx(), they use ath11k_hal_srng_* for many times but never call srng->lock. So when running (full) monitor mode, warning will occur: RIP: 0010:ath11k_hal_srng_dst_peek+0x18/0x30 [ath11k] Call Trace: ? ath11k_hal_srng_dst_peek+0x18/0x30 [ath11k] ath11k_dp_rx_process_mon_status+0xc45/0x1190 [ath11k] ? idr_alloc_u32+0x97/0xd0 ath11k_dp_rx_process_mon_rings+0x32a/0x550 [ath11k] ath11k_dp_service_srng+0x289/0x5a0 [ath11k] ath11k_pcic_ext_grp_napi_poll+0x30/0xd0 [ath11k] __napi_poll+0x30/0x1f0 net_rx_action+0x198/0x320 __do_softirq+0xdd/0x319 So add srng->lock for them to avoid such warnings. Inorder to fetch the srng->lock, should change srng's definition from 'void' to 'struct hal_srng'. And initialize them elsewhere to prevent one line of code from being too long. This is consistent with other ring process functions, such as ath11k_dp_process_rx(). | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: fix potential 32-bit overflow when accessing ARRAY map element If BPF array map is bigger than 4GB, element pointer calculation can overflow because both index and elem_size are u32. Fix this everywhere by forcing 64-bit multiplication. Extract this formula into separate small helper and use it consistently in various places. Speculative-preventing formula utilizing index_mask trick is left as is, but explicit u64 casts are added in both places. | ||||
| CVE-2026-29063 | 2 Immutable-js, Redhat | 28 Immutable, Immutable-js, 3scale Api Management Platform and 25 more | 2026-10-30 | 9.8 Critical |
| Immutable.js provides many Persistent Immutable data structures. Prior to versions 3.8.3, 4.3.7, and 5.1.5, Prototype Pollution is possible in immutable via the mergeDeep(), mergeDeepWith(), merge(), Map.toJS(), and Map.toObject() APIs. This issue has been patched in versions 3.8.3, 4.3.7, and 5.1.5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118986 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl allow session cookie forgery via a signing secret generated with rand(). The secret that signs session cookies is built from two calls to the built-in rand(), which is seeded with 32 bits. The secret therefore has at most 2**32 possible values, and one signed cookie is enough to test each candidate offline. An attacker who obtains a single session cookie can recover the secret and sign cookies for any user, including an administrator. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118987 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl accept session cookies of any age sent in the X-Session-Cookie header. cookieConf() rejects a cookie older than 300 seconds only when it arrives in the xsc query parameter. The same cookie sent in the X-Session-Cookie header is accepted however old it is. A session cookie that leaks through a log, a Referer header or browser history authenticates as its user indefinitely. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118990 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl leave a world-readable dump of the configuration database in /tmp when taking a configuration backup. getConfigBlob() has the sqlite3 shell write the dump to /tmp/cbdump<pid> and never removes it. The file takes the process umask, and a symlink planted at that predictable name is followed. The dump holds every user's password hash and every value saved by the application's forms. A local user can read these after any backup, and may redirect the dump to a file of their choosing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118991 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl encrypt configuration backups with the padded password as the AES key. getCrypt() pads the backup password with "x" characters and cuts it to 32 bytes to form the AES key, with no salt and no key derivation. The first block of a backup holds a 16 hex digit length field, so decrypting one block confirms a password guess at raw AES speed. An attacker who obtains a backup can recover its password by fast offline guessing, and with it every credential the backup holds. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118993 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl allow denial of service via the request path interpolated as a regular expression under CGI, FastCGI and PSGI. The before_dispatch hook installed by startup() removes PATH_INFO from the end of the request URI with a substitution that interpolates PATH_INFO unquoted. Under CGI, FastCGI and PSGI both values come from the request, so the client chooses both the pattern and the string it is matched against. A short unauthenticated request with a backreference in the path backtracks exponentially and can keep a worker process busy for minutes. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118994 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl allow log injection via newlines in the login name. login() writes the login name to the application log without escaping control characters. The login RPC method needs no authentication, so a name containing a newline followed by text in the log record format adds a forged record. An unauthenticated attacker can forge log records, such as a successful administrator login from an address of their choosing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118995 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl accept unintended values in form fields checked by createRxValidator. createRxValidator() is documented to anchor the supplied pattern at both ends, but builds /^${rx}$/ without grouping the pattern. An alternation such as yes|no then accepts any value starting with yes or ending with no, and $ also accepts a value with one trailing newline. An authenticated user can submit values the pattern was meant to reject, which an application may then write into generated configuration files. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118996 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl send users their own password hash and the admin-only user note via getUserConfig. getUserConfig() returns the caller's whole cbuser row, including the stored password hash and the note field that the user interface shows only to administrators. getTableData() and getAllFieldValues() in the user management plugins also return the note to users without the admin right. A non-administrator can read the notes administrators keep about them, and an attacker who obtains a session token can get that user's password hash and crack it offline. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109415 | 1 Adobe | 2 Adobe Experience Manager, Experience Manager | 2026-10-30 | 5.4 Medium |
| Adobe Experience Manager is affected by a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that could be abused by a low-privileged attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. Malicious JavaScript may be executed in a victim's browser when they browse to the page containing the vulnerable field. Scope is changed. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13576 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl store user passwords as unsalted HMAC-SHA1 hashes. Passwords are hashed with hmac_sha1_sum() from Mojo::Util with no key, a single fast SHA-1 HMAC. There is no salt, so equal passwords give equal hashes, and no work factor slows down guessing. An attacker who obtains the user table can recover passwords by fast offline guessing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18508 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 8 Tar, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 5 more | 2026-10-30 | 4.4 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GNU tar. When extracting an archive with the --one-top-level option, hardlink targets are not confined to the designated top-level directory and may resolve relative to the extraction working directory. A crafted archive can create hardlinks that escape the intended boundary and, when combined with a preexisting symbolic link under the working directory, may allow writing outside that boundary during a single extraction. | ||||

| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Client-Side Caching (CSC) Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | ||||
